MEET THE FOUNDER

 

Debra Marks is the inspiration behind Docs on Demand, Etc.  She began her law career in 2005, quickly rising from receptionist to legal assistant.  Soon afterward, her employers recognized her strong work ethic and high level of determination, and entrusted her to perform duties ordinarily performed by a paralegal.   While managing diverse and extensive caseloads, Debra headed office budget and inventory management, created employee procedural manuals and developed firm marketing strategies.

Through her experience preparing demand letters, correspondence and court pleadings, Debra soon realized her skill and passion for writing.  She takes pride knowing that the documents she prepares positively affect total case outcomes, whether through settlement or final judgement.

After recognizing the need for on-demand assistance in the local legal community, Debra sought to redefine her career aspirations and passion for writing by creating Docs on Demand, Etc.

Debra has a broad legal background with an emphasis on personal injury and civil litigation.  She has extensive experience drafting all legal documents, including, but not limited to correspondence, pleadings, demands, propounding/responding to discovery and deposition summaries.
